A Nutritional Approach

Does it really work? Well, isn't that the entire reason that people "eat healthy"? What is health if it's not the absence of disease? If nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, essential fatty acids, and amino acids don't help heal, repair, regenerate, and rebuild the body, why do we need to eat food at all? Even if we ignore the entire concept of "energy healing", and focus on the limited Newtonian physical matter/mass point of view, the body is still literally made of what goes into it. Our cells, their outer membranes, and their communication receptors, are made of fats, sugars, and proteins. To use an analogy, if we were to build a house, we need all of the proper supplies and tools in order to build a quality house, and the cells of the body are no different. They need all of the right tools and supplies to do their job properly as well. And because the body is constantly at all times rebuilding itself anew, dieting isn't supposed to be something that one does temporarily. The body requires regular maintenance and care on a daily basis because the body is made of what nutrients (or lack thereof) that go into it every single day. "Health is a habit, not an event."

Removing the Guesswork

What Our Body is Made Of

Our body is a collective community of trillions of individually living cells, and our cells, their outer membranes, and their communication receptors, are literally made of fats, sugars, and proteins. Our body is literally made of what goes into it. It's a "food body". And when we learn just how quickly cells replicate, and how fast the body creates itself anew (approximately every 8-12 months), we come to realize how vitally important it is to provide the body with optimal nutrition every single day.

However, it's extremely important to understand that there are:
Healthy fats (essential fatty acids/lipids/saturated), and unhealthy fats (hydrogenated/trans). Healthy sugars (glyco-/saccharides), and unhealthy sugars (refined/artificial). Healthy proteins (amino acids), and unhealthy proteins (altered by over processing/growth hormones/antibiotics). Healthy carbohydrates (complex/non-starchy), and unhealthy carbohydrates (simple/processed). Healthy cholesterol (HDL), and unhealthy cholesterol (LDL). Healthy vitamins (photosynthesized/carbon-bond/organic), and unhealthy vitamins (chemically made/synthetic/inorganic). Healthy minerals (organic), and unhealthy minerals (inorganic). Disease is the Absence of Health

Health is the body's natural state of being when the cells aren't subjected to (physical and/or emotional) stress.

The simple truth is that if we fix the cells, EVERYTHING else is fixed because the body IS a community of cells. Even the genes inside the cells turn on and off according to their environment (nutrients & energy). It's the cells that take the various building blocks of life (nutrients) and together in a co-operative manner make the body the whole functioning thing that it is. If we don't give the cells what they need, and subject them to what they don't want, the body of course fails at its overall optimal functioning.

When we allow the body to heal ITSELF with proper nutrition and positive peaceful emotions, it's very important to understand that the body can't create an entire body's worth of all new cells in one day. It's called a "degenerative disease" because it developed over time, and because disease doesn't suddenly happen in one day, it doesn't disappear in one day either.

Dieting isn't supposed to be something that one does temporarily. The body requires regular maintenance and care on a daily basis because the body is quite literally made of what nutrients (or lack thereof) that goes into it every single day. "Health is a habit, not an event."

People think they catch a cold or flu because of somebody else that had it, but in actuality, our own immune system was weak and susceptible to that illness because of our own negative lifestyle choices (which are based on unawareness).

Just as giving the cells ALL the nutrients that they need in the first place will prevent disease from happening, giving the cells ALL the nutrients that they need will also cure disease after the fact.

Whole/Organic vs. Isolated/Synthetic

Why have some studies shown "vitamin supplements" to be harmful, while countless other studies show the benefits of taking vitamins? Because the "vitamin supplements" used in some studies are synthetically and chemically derived, and were not from a natural organic whole food source. To be properly compatible with the cells/body, nutrients need to contain carbon, be carbon-bond, be wrapped in carbon, or in other words, be organic. This carbon-bond quality is the product of photosynthesis by plants. Since man and his environment evolved together, they are perfectly compatible with each other. It's a symbiotic relationship. Man does not exist separate from his environment. He is wholly and completely one with it. Manmade synthetics have been shown repeatedly to not be properly compatible with the cells that make up the body (drugs make healthy people sick). And on top of all this, countless research has also shown that most nutrients work best IN COMBINATION with each other, such as what a whole food provides. Isolated individual nutrients don't provide the same benefits. Overdosing on vitamins is not something to worry about unless they are synthetic and isolated.
